Who called from 5184747080

We've been trying to trace the source of these calls. Did they leave any information when they called you?

Heard noise in background, I hung up.  Didn't wait for voice. Will Block.

I've gotten 3 of these calls.  The number is a legitimate number for NYS Dept. of Public Service.  They're spoofing the number, because they called me at 5:38 pm on a Friday night, and NO govt. office would work that late! Never leave a message, either.
