This number calls once or twice a day for months now. Supposedly Albany NY . Never leave a message hang up before answersing machine now.  Just another scam. Someone told me it was M&T bank. We gave up on them years ago,when they had their" roll up shelves program" to help small businesses .The local manager was anything  but helpful .Lacked all knowledge of small businesses. We pulled everything out of that bank so we would survive. One example of a too big to fail bank.
