I get 5-6 phone calls each day from New York, NY. Today I answered and could hear many operators in the background talking, like a call center. I said hello 3x before a female voice asked to speak to Robyn. When I told her she had me, she introduced herself as a customer satisfaction representit I've for (a company) , but I could not understand the name of the company. I asked her to repeat the company name and she hung up. Wtf?
