On Wednesday the house phone received a call from number (518-629-0024) but I never answer calls from unknown numbers. I then blocked that number. Then today, a different call came in and that number (518-628-0029) was very close to the first on from Wednesday. Of course this is some scammer using faked numbers trying to get through. But I have a blocker and will keep blocking all phone numbers.
Didn't answer. I called the number back and get a recording that all of their representatives are busy and if I would like to be placed on their do not call list to leave my name and number on recording. I hung up and blocked them on my phone. I'm already on the Do Not Call List. Ugh.
