Called, left a message on my machine saying my full name and that it "may involve an urgent legal matter." I was screening, so, I answered & inquired what this is about, and who this caller represents. Caller said there was a legal complaint against me. They gave me a reference number, and told me to call 877-701-2607. When I demanded information about who was calling me, and what this is about, the caller said she works for "Nation Process Services", said she did not know any details about who she works for and who is making this complaint. Caller then proceeded to threaten me with a "one hour time limit to call the 877# and provide documents." I told the caller that I will be reporting them for being a scam, and told them never to call me, again. I decided to call the caller back, someone else answered and when I asked the name of the company she works for, she gave a different name; "United Process Services".
Caller stated "may be an urgent legal matter" and stated to call 1-877-701-2607
name of person trying to reach has not lived here for 10 years plus. Also many other callers in background noise
Called and when I answered they immediately said" can you accept legal documents for and listed the persons name," I said I'm sorry I don't know who that person is so no I cannot accept any documents for them. They didn't say who they were or where they were calling from.
