Got a call from this # 12:14 pm today (around the same time Steve noted). Rang, caller hung up without leaving message.

Got call.  When answered they hung up.
No ring when called back.

Had same experience as everyone else.
If Time Warner is your phone provider, may i suggest you call them. They provide a service that will block up to 30 numbers.

Said he was soliciting for the New York Association of Police Chiefs.  He needs to work on his spiel.
