Man with thick foreign accent trying to sell cable and internet services.  Called my cell which is on DNC registry.  When I mentioned that telemarketing is against the law for phones on Do not call registry, he hung up.

called and hung up before the answering machine picked up

Called  around 7pm and hung-up when answering machine came on.

Called and hung up. No way to call back.
