pbn capitelone collectors don't pick up block .same as 512-270-4121.They are not capital one....

This is one of three calls I received in one day.  Did not answer, left no message.  Tired of these scammers invading my privacy. Seriously thinking about getting rid of land line and changing my cell number. But that probably won't do any good.
