Have received numerous calls from this number and several different numbers from different states looking for a Jamie Rise, I finally decided to answer the call to tell them they were calling the wrong number and to stop calling my phone. It was only a recording, no one to talk to. I have blocked every number and the next day they are calling from another number. The message states its in regards to a legal matter regarding Jamie and her ss#. They left no name and with the number of times (22 to be exact for July and August) you would think they would realize they have the wrong damn number. This is so annoying and would love to file a legal action against them them harassing me!!!
Received a taped call on my office phone stating that if I did not reply to this summons by 6 P.M. tonight I would face jail time. Left no name as to whom was calling but just the above referenced phone number

have answered this recording several times looking for an Antonio someone, gave a complaint # in the recording and said that they would be arrested tonight. I felt bad so I pressed 1 to "speak to a paralegal" and told them they had the wrong #. I felt bad for the guy in trouble but the girl that answered only said "I will remove your number" when I asked if she was just scamming people with this nonsense she replied "do you think if it was scam anyone would tell you yes? but this is a mediation office with real lawyers upstairs" Liars, this should be illegal.
Received following message on my answering machine on Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at 10:00am from phone number 650-249-9011, (I googled this number and traced it to Redwood City, California). There are two different robo female recordings in the message.
First female voice: “This message is solely intended for” …
Second Female voice: “A….. J………” (My name is spoken here)
First female voice: “Federal and State Guidelines require that a minimum of two attempts are made regarding a complaint that is filed in our firm. Please note that every attempt to reach you has been Federally recorded effective today it is noted that you’ve been evasive and uncooperative. This will lead to an adverse effect against you. Please contact our paralegal today before six p.m. to give your side of the story. The number to reach our firm 518-935-4141. Your complaint number is 201-o(oh)10-989.” End of message.
Answering Machine voice: “Tuesday, eight fifty-nine a.m.”
I googled the phone number given n the message, (518-935-4141). It is in the State of New York and as reported on “800notes” web site is loaded with scam complaints.
I analized the message and have questions.
What Federal and State Guidelines are they referring to? What is the Book, Page and Section number for the guidelines? Are they guidelines or penal code laws?
Nowhere in the message do they identify themselves or their so called “Firm”.
Nowhere do they say what the complaint is.
When they say “your complaint number is …… what does that mean? I didn’t file a complaint, so why should I have a number?
Why are they calling on a California number and asking you to respond on a New York number. Me thinks the New York number is outside the country so you rack up huge phone bills.
My advice, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, respond to any kind of message like this or any PHONE NUMBER YOU DON’T KNOW. STAY SMART AND AWARE. DON’T BE STUPID. BLOCK ALL NUBERS LISTED IN MY RESPONSE HERE.
