Illegal Telemarketer who left recorded message about Interest Rates. They did not give name -- BIG Red Warning Sign.
They also did not divulge WHAT TYPE of Interest Rates -- another warning sign. They only wanted you to talk to Rep.
I know this is a SCAM. I have NOT asked any financial institution I use for any type of Interest Rates Change. I am not
conducting business with with anybody in NY . This is the 3rd Number with similar recording where the LAST 4 DIGITS
end in 8402. COULD be another "YES" Recording SCAM.
