got the same scam message... turned it over to my superiors... I work for the IRS (sadly) and this is a clean out and out scam..... and it is attached to a cell phone that operates in NYC and Syracuse as well as Albany....
Recorded message stating that the IRS is going to sue me and that I needed to contact this number. I know my tax situation and this is definitely a scam plus IRS will never contact you via phone.
