Thought I would have fun with this call since like 95% of all calls I receive I do not recognize them. After the 2nd ring I picked up the phone and only listened. I did not speak. After about twenty seconds the call disconnected. Don't know who it was. Hope they don't call again.
From the previous comments above...obvious spammer, nuisance call, whatever. DO NOT answer unrecognized numbers live! Let it ring, or let it roll to voice mail.
