Black woman for SURE!!!!!, named CYNTHIA claimes she is NOT a debt collector wants to make sure she can Identify me correctly as she has documents for me. I tell her it is a scam, never telling her my identity, that no books, CD's tapes or magazines are wanted as the outgoing mesage on my machine designates NO SOLICITING!,...... and she just wont f*****g give up, and calls back over and over. How do I stop this b***h???? This is harassment. Heritage Pacific - debt collector, and the b***k b****h from hell!!! I told her to stop calling. They had called earlier in the day using another caller. The law says if you tell them to stop calling that they must do so. They are getting around the law because caller ID uses private individuals phone numbers and not Heritage Pacific phones. How about any Lawyers out there getting on this??
