called twice, did not leave message

Called and left a message about the circus coming to my area this weekend, was an older lady sound like she was prolly like 70-90, couldn't pronounce city I live in right. talking about coming bring the kids to the big top the circus is coming the circus is coming. caller id came up with:

Caller ID said CASAGRANDE, AZ
Returned the call at this number.  After 10 rings a machine picked up, said I could not leave a message, and hung up.
Filled FCC Complaint

Called and left message saying they over booked construction projects and need help completing them and to call 1-832-426-1658 if we want work.

I run a handy man business, and this number calls occasionally with the same story about overbooking work "in my area", despite the area code being a thousand miles away.
