Spammer with a spoofed number supposedly belonging to "AZ ST GOVT" (Caller ID). The "209" prefix is a legitimate Qwest (CenturyLink) prefix in Tucson. You think the stupid local phone company will do anything about it? (No.) You think the AZ Atty Gen will do anything about it? (Doubtful.) So we're screwed unless everyone who reads this complains to their phone company and their state's atty gen. These spammer creeps using (real or fake) AZ area code phone numbers has just been increasing like wildfire!
