This is the caller ID number that the fake "case" against you shows. A computerized voice reads your name and a different voice (same gender computer) reads you the number below that you "have the legal right to contact". Otherwise, they say they will pursue you at your residence and place of employment. This is the phone number the computer voice tells you to call: 509-203-4391. This number has many reports of the fraud scam being perpetrated. Yesterday's voice was all female, today's voice was all male with slightly different wording.
Had this scam call for someone who used to own my number. It is a computerized voice and says there is a case against you and you need to call 509-203-4391. Called twice in the morning one right after the other. Just a scam. No need to answer just report it.
Caller I'D said "Potential Friend". That definitely kept me from answering the call. They left a message stating: This message is intended for "my name". We are processing an order in regards to a complaint that has been filed against you. I have been retained to schedule service of documents at either your residence or place of employment. If you have any questions or would like to avoid further action. You do have a legal right to contact the information Center at 509-203-4391. When calling in please reference case number....blah, blah, blah.
In the first place a server doesn't call to tell you that you will be served with papers.
I have been getting this same voice mail message once or twice a month for over a year with no papers served. It's a scam. I've saved all of them and am going to both report them and take them to my lawyer to prosecute.
