Kinda Strange to have the irs only call once leave a message and not ever send any type of physical letter and the female voice is like a computer robot type of siri thingy.

The great difference is that a human knows (usually) what he's saying next and originally modeled the speech patterns of his parents. Computers are too stupid to imitate us without a lot of programming help. An actor has a lot more to worry about at the point of dialogue delivery. Reportedly Shats won early praise on stage forrrr ... his pause habit ... buying him TIME toooo .... re-CALL ... his next line while ... EM-ulating unrehearsed speech.
