just called me at 10:50 a.m. today 12/17/12. I answered, said something about Green Energy and I hung up.
They called me several times last week.
It never ends
They just called me for the 2nd time today. called me 10 minutes earlier i answered they did not answer. Same thing now, I hit the 1 button and some guy came on said something about Green Energy....I told him to STOP CALLING me, he said he was sorry and would take me off the list. What a joke these people are....

Did you think that they would roll over and say "yes, it is us making the annoying, illegal automated phone calls. And oh yeah, by the way, you can now call the National Do Not Call Registry, and any other local/state/federal authorities and/or agencies you see fit to call, and let them know we actually are the ones making the illegal phone calls."
Like i said, please don't be that gullible. At least by wise enough to record your phone calls in accordance with your local/state law(s). In most places, you do not need to let anyone know they are being recorded, but make sure to do this with your local/state laws in mind.
IF the person making the calls is not a representative of the company(ies) listed, then that company or companies need to report their identity as stolen, or at least report to their local/state authorities that someone is using their company name in the commission of a crime.
There are only two choices, if they are actually making the calls, they need to stop....if they aren't making the calls, and it is someone else using their business and/or personal name(s), those people, or the owners of that company, need to report it to their local authorities to have it investigated, stopped and prosecuted.
These are the ONLY choices...there are no other choices...it must stop.
And last, but most definitely not least...NEVER push a button on your phone to SUPPOSEDLY "have your number removed from their system." NEVER PUSH ANY BUTTON when you get an automated call from an unknown caller. Why, you ask? Because if you push 5 (or any number/button), "to be removed" THE AUTOMATED SYSTEM THAT CALLED NOW KNOWS THAT THERE IS A LIVE PERSON THERE TO PUSH THE BUTTON! AND SO DOES THE OWNER OF THE AUTOMATED SYSTEM! And the result of that will be even more calls than you were already getting.
NEVER RESPOND TO ANY AUTOMATED CALLS! (unless of course, they are from someone you know or do business with).
