Keeps calling. No message

this number calls about 5 to 6 times a day. they say can you hear me, put the phone closer to your ear. we had a report that your alarm went off, do you need help. not only do they call 5nor 6 times a day but it is 6 days a week.

they call and tell me they have  records that I am hard of hearing. asked to be taken off their list but I still get 4to6 calls a day
