Scammed keep calling me from this & other number this all the same prefix. 520 244-xxxx. It's prerecorded to try to get you to say YES so they can scam you. Ask if it you by namethen Hangs up on you. Calls Daily put block so call with different last 4 digits but same recording.
Thats a typical "phishing" call by scammer 'scouts', who gather whatever info they can confirm to put together a future scam, using the confirmed info they gathered.
Pre-recorded calls are designed to illicit confirmations about a number, such as a name, if someone answers, if they answered more than once, etc. The actual scam calls come after they have some info to scam with.
