Keeps calling my cell, but I don't know anyone in wilcox, az.

They call everyday, sometimes twice a day. I finally called them back and it was a place to register for D.C.R. Do Call Registery.  Another way of inviting telemarketers to harass the crap out of you.

I'm getting this call two and three times a day. Not sure who they are from, either. Don't know what the DCR is. Is there really a Do Call Registry?

I just received a call from this number, no info released. They wanted to get optional number to speak with head of household.

They called again requesting to speak with head if household or spouse and requesting optional phone number.
