To anyone reading this thread - this David Baker is one of the scammers with a fake post. I have seen this many times before on this site. Look at the grammar and syntax - it is all wrong. Go to the actual FBI website and check the press releases - there is one about this scam. If you get a call form this number - do not give them anything - do not listen to thier threats - report all calls to www.ic3.gov. If you do have outstanding debt - contact your original creditor. Never pay anyhting without proof of debt - a scammer will not be able to supply this - also - if they are insisting you will go to jail - they are probably a scammer as it is illeagal to threaten people to make them pay.
i was mistaken to be scammed by these people but when i got the cops approaching at my employers i got to know that these people are legal then i just got the court summons at my employers and then at last when they had a meting with my manager due to the manager apologising on my behalf, they agreed for a settlement with this matter .
if you get called by these people then you better be sure that you can help yourself out because they are the group ot investigators and attorneys
moreover these people are also have a back up with the F.B.I and we even cannot do anything of these people

This guy called saying that he was with NY Private Investigation Bar Code 24592. Said I owed $350 to USA Cash Advance for a loan I never took out. Couldn't provide any details when I asked him and he started getting loud and verbally abusive. I reported this incident to my local sheriff's department and to www.ic3.gov. Don't let this guy harass you, he is a scammer with his thick Indian accent and lack of understanding of English grammar. Has scam written all over it. Why he has been able to harass so many people without any repercussions so far is beyond me. Please report this guy so no more people have to face this type of harassment.
I have been receiving threating calls from this # from a guy who says his name is james conner.i filed a report with my local police dept.Also told him when he called back that i filed a report and he still keeps calling.He has all my personal info.Put an id threat alert on all my credit stuff.

this guy calls me and has all of my personal information. reads it back to me and tell me I am to give him my attorneys information. I didn't. Yes I was trying to get a loan some company like cash advance but I still haven't received crap. Can someone tell me if this is real?
