Anyone callin from this type of # is [***]. It must be some online tool for harassing people. It also makes ur phone act crazy, so I wouldn't b surprised if it doesn't have a virus attached 2 it. Beware of answering strange #'s.  It simply isn't worth the hassle. Also if it is someone who knows u & it's important, they will leave u a voicemail msg. Otherwise, it's just a form of harassment & [***] up ur phone
