Yep it is a complete scam.   There is a legit ISEP Global company but Andrew R Thomas is not with them.    His phone # is a Tuscon AZ # and the fake domain name he set up just a few days ago for isep-global.org goes to a PO box in the state of PA.    I alerted the real company and it appears they may have shut his domain down.   He also uses the email address of [email protected]    Hopefully AOL will shut that email down shortly.   You can check other reports on Rip-off Reports under ISEP Global.
