Who called from 5202842678

I keep receiving a recorded call from this number every week about, "your newborn".  I don't have a newborn child!  You can't reach a live person and pushing the options during the call doesn't allow you to speak with a live person or leave a message.  If you cal the number back, all you get is a constant busy signal.

I just got a call from this number and looked it up on google right after I got voicemail from them. (I dont answer calls I dont know) the voicemail said "sorry we missed you, we'll try again later". that's it. This number is going on my block list.

This number is from your state funded insurance program. You don't get a busy signal if you call that number.

I don't have a state funded insurance program and I have received FOUR of these calls this week and it is only wednesday!

I keep getting these calls from this number at least 3 times a day. I call back and it is University Family Care. I dont know who this is???
