Caller wanted to talk to one of our employees.  When told I couldn't transfer him and to send a message to our e-mail address, he wanted to talk to pay roll and my supervisor.  (I already had information on this number.)  He became beligerent and abusive and said that he was with the Federal government (anybody can say that) and wanted to talk to payroll about garnishing wagesand started more threats, so I hung up.  BTW, garnishment is not done over the phone and government employees who have legitimate business are not that rude in my experience.
