Windows scam from India or Pakistan.

Male voice with an accent from India or Pakistan region mumbles something until I hear the word "windows".  I immediately hung up.

Kept 'em on the phone for 20 minutes. "Trying to start my computer, please hold on...."  (wait 20 minutes, while talking to them) Oh yeah, I don't have Internet!

Called today. Didn't answer. No message

Called 2 days in a row now - no message - When I try to call the number back a recorded voice saying that this number is not in service
