Just got a call from this number, a man speaking in spanish tried to start a conversation but to no avail. I speak spanish but was playing dumb to see what they'd say. Didn't seem like he cared much who he was talking to, just wanted to talk? A buddy of mine mentioned that he used to get similar calls from someone claiming to have relatives in Mexico held hostage and asking for ransom.
