Randal Richards called to inquire about a business next door, asking who the owner was. First of all, we dedicate our time to take care of our customers first and our work, when we did not comply to his request, he turned very rude and hang up the phone.
A guy named Aaron called my place of business from this number. He asked me the name of the controller, then after I told him I can't transfer a call without a contact name, he became irate and demanded that I transfer him to the accounting department. When I told him (again) that I can't transfer a call without a contact name, he hung up on me.
