Same here - and I'm on the Do Not Call registry for both my landline and cell - been registered for a while - my registration is current. I have installed a call blocker on my landline, so I get a lot fewer marketing/spam calls (silence is golden), but can't use the call blocker for my cell.
Recording from Arizona 'about my account', but doesn't specify caller. Reverse number says it was Qwest Corporation in Tuscon. I have no account with Qwest. I don't live in Arizona. Rarely do I do this, but I called the number: Got the recording: This number cannot be completed as dialed. Blocked.
