Number belongs to Pacific Dental Service in Tucson, AZ.  Received a call from this number after I completed an online "Schedule An Appointment" page for a first appointment at Green Valley Dentalcare in Henderson, Nevada.  Pacific Dental Service seems to be a hired "gatekeeper" for dental offices.  The Pacific Dental Service rep I spoke with, "Laura", seemed to not have all the info I provided on the Green Valley Dentalcare online "Schedule An Appointment" page nor was she able to answer questions I had about what my insurance covered at Green Valley Dentalcare.  I asked "Laura" if she were a Green Valley Dentalcare employee.  She said she wasn't but that she worked with Green Valley and that they would know who she was if I went to Green Valley Dentalcare.  I asked her where she worked in case there were problems with my appointment but she didn't or wouldn't say "Pacific Dental Services".  Strange.
