Someone called, said to call this number. Called it back, guy said it was a mediation company. Very vague. Would not give them my name or number. Scam????? Sure sounded like it . Not sure though. Can't find company name anywhere and phone number is listed as belonging to a Feed Store in AZ.
I received a phone call from this number and several different numbers. A Man by the Name of Tom Amharst *720-508-7491 had contacted a good friend of mine and said that I had 3 felony charges pending against me for a payday loan that was not paid back from 2008. I called him back and he proceeded to tell me that if i did not pay them today that they would go ahead and file the charges against me. He then gave the phone to his so called director named Don Blackwell. Don proceeded to try to make some payment plan with me, He said that they would make me an offer of 4 payments. After i hung up the phone I had a real bad feeling about this so I started doing some investigating. I called my local DA, also the FBI and better BBB, all who had said that this is a SCAM. I received another phone call form MR Blackwell from the number at 520-333-4868 and another call from a 619-878-9636. I let them know once again not to contact me my friends or family. if anyone out there knows how we can stop these SCAMMERS from doing this please post something....
