I had recieved something similar this one by the name of Calvin Collins and apparently I found out that he was pretending to be a client for ACE Cash Checking.. Please make sure that you do your research before paying anything to anyone and also don't sign anything either. I found out that these are scam artist with the same Middle Eastern background.
Every time I get one of theses calls it makes me more furious. I did take out payday loans at one point which have been paid back, but was scammed in early 2010 due to the fact that there were threats against me and they were calling my sister and mother as well. I didn't want the calls to continue so paid and the calls stopped for a while. They start again periodically and I report the number here and they typically stop.
I've gotten several of these calls and I just tell them I've googled the number it's a scam and do not call this number again, the call is being taped and will be turned over to the FBI, they don't call again.

SOME GUY NAMED ALEX CALLED ME TOO. HE ADVISED THAT EITHER I PAY HIM OR HE WOULD BLOW UP MY ENTIRE NEIGHBORHOOD. HE SAID HE HAS DEEP TIES TO AL QUAEDA. HE ADVISED ME HE NEEDS MY MONEY TO FUND HIS U.S. TERRIST OPERATIONS. HE ADVISED THEY ARE PLANNING ANOTHER ATTACK ON US SOIL THAT WILL MAKE 911 LOOK LIKE A FIRECRACKER. I TRIED TO REPORT HIM. I THINK HE IS PLANNING AN ATTACK ON THE WHITE HOUSE. HE MUST BE STOPPED. IMMEDIATLY. WE MUST CAPTURE HIM AND HIS FAMILY AND TORTURE THEM UNTIL THEY TELL US ALL THEY KNOW. WE MUST BURN THE CORAN IN FRONT OF HIM AND SPIT AND URINATE AND DEFICATE ON PHOTOS OF MOHAMMED WHILE HE WATCHES. THEN HE MUST BE WATER BOARDED AND HIS FAMILIES TOES SMASHED ONE AT A TIME WITH A HAMMER UNTIL HE TELLS US HIS PLANS. IT MAY SAVE 1,000'S OF AMERICANS FROM ANOTHER 911.
