Came up as from "Willcox, AZ"; answered it, said "Hello" and got a muffled noise. Said "Hello" again and got "Hello?" "Yes," I said, "hello." As in, you called me.
"Oh, yes, I won't be taking up much of your time today. This is Felipe (can't remember last name) and I'm doing a survey of the local power company."
Seemed pretty generic, so I replied "Which local area would that be?"
"Oh, Phoenix" (but caller ID says Willcox?)
"I don't live there," I said
"Oh, ok"

Showed on CallerID as "Out Of Area". I answered, heard nothing. I said hello again. I was about to hang up and they unmuted their end. I heard a television and a kid yelling in the background. She started about "working with the local power company. Are you the homeowner?". I just hung up. I'm on the do not call list.
