Calls says Hello, hangs up!

Caller ID was "Cell Phone AZ" No message.

520-342-7548 was blocked.  Don't know who they are.  Do not answer.

Got a call from this number,no message left. Do not know who this is,did not answer. Tried to call back but just rang & rang & then went to VM but did not say who was calling...did NOT LEAVE MESSAGE! Most likely a scam artist or a telemarketer

Did not answer as Land Line answering machine off.  (Answering off due to the many unidentified numbers that continue to phone - - have 46 blocked numbers now.)
