Who called from 5203482011

Call 2 times in last 3 days. CID name= CVG DPT
No message left.

Got another call today 1/4/17. No message left. CID= CVG DPT
Google search CVG DPT shows this CID associated with many different numbers and various scams. some originate from Texas.

I average 2-3 calls per day from this number and each time I press 9 to be placed on their do not call list which apparently means nothing.

Number not familiar and let it go to voicemail.  They left no message.  My theory is if they know me and it's important they'll leave a voicemail.

Just missed a call from this number. I called it back, but it says I've reached a non-working number. Shady, especially when 520 is a local area code.
