Caller said that they represented Cigna Healthspring and said that they wanted to talk to me about a couple of the medications I was taking. They asked me to verify my date of birth-they had year and asked for date, also had part of my address and asked me to verify the rest, had the names of 2 of my prescriptions and name of prescribing MD. Wanted to know if I was having problems with them. I informed caller that I had been taking them for over 10 yrs and if they had any other questions about my meds to contact the MD that prescribed them. I then called number and phone message was Medicine Management Center. I have talked to Cigna Grievance a few times and no one knew what I was talking about. When I was taking to the gentleman that called today I expressed my concern that either someone was selling our information or they had been hacked and I was pursing it further. He then said that they might be part of them and he would check it out and call me back .
