Ditto on all the above, has anyone tried to add this to the do not call list?

I keep receiving unwanted calls from this area code. When I answer the phone, I get an automated message telling me they are calling about one of my credit cards.
I keep receiving unwanted calls from this area code. When I answer the phone, I get an automated message telling me they are calling about one of my credit cards.
I keep getting calls from these people, to lower my credit card rates, for the past two years almost. Telling them to take your number off their list does nothing, and even telling them that the person whose phone this belongs to is dead doesn't even stop them.
