This is a craigslist scammer. He even tells people on the "Rants & Raves" section how he texts people with random items for sale and asks if they're still available. He then makes an appointment to come and view it but never shows. Complete timewaster with nothing better to do.
This is a company selling Insurance - I called them back to see how the phone was answered. They stated the name of the business - something Insurance, am I speaking with Lori?
Obviously they know who we are when we return a call. They did not leave a voice mail, but I wanted to know who is was.
I have not done an insurance inquiry lately, so I don't know why they are calling me. I immediately hung up and did not respond at all when they answered.
Avoid speaking with them!
