Called twice so far on 4/22.  Leaves no message.

I answered. Barely understandable person, stating that he was thankful for Kelly Ayotte's stance on something. I stopped him during his monotone speech and asked him if he was asking me to support Kelly Ayotte in an upcoming election and he said no, that he just wanted to thank her. I said 'OK, Thank you', and hung up.

520-415-0321 caller ID.  No one there.  Called the number back and it range a few times and then got a busy out of order tone.
