I got a call from this person/people on my phone just now. They don't say anything, just a few like beeps are heard then it hangs up. My caller ID gave the number and the name listed as "Service".

I called back using my cell phone, and the thing picked up but once again like 3 beeps and then it hangs up. No explanation.
