Some robo-caller that tells you to please hold for the next available operator as they have a very important message for you. Yeah, right! If you call the number, you get the same message. You get the identical message in the identical "voice" for the following two numbers also so it looks like the 3 numbers are tied together:

There is no identifying caller ID except the phone number. My best guess is that it is either a phony attempt at collection of items past statute of limitations or some sales of something you probably don't want.
