Must be a new number, but same message: (slightly paraphrased) Attn seniors, your free medical alert system is ready to be shipped. Recommended by a family member or loved one. Press 1 to confirm. Or press 9 to be removed from our calling list. (I did punch 9.) I then got a confirmation msg and was told I would never hear from them again. How many times have I heard that before?! (At least a couple dozen.- for this scam alone). The call came in at 1:47p on my home number and as I was typing this another call came in from that number at 2:04p, but no one was there. Guess the confirmation msg was telling the truth: I would not HEAR from them again. What a world...

I received one of these calls too that said basically the same thing :"Attn seniors, your free medical alert system is ready..." I find this fascinating since I'm 26-- thought it would be a few more years until I would be considered a "Senior". :-)
