Same thing happened to me, this is spam.

I called the number back and informed them of my name and that I was on the state of Wisconsin do not call list.  I was hung up on...

Phone rang once then they hung up. [***]!

Called me and didn't leave a message, my friend got the same call and it was spam. They wanted her credit card number and we hung up after that.

Asked for credit card information. I may be paranoid but I started to receive many more fraudulent calla after I told this number to stop calling me and I am in the do not call list. They hung up on me. Maybe my number was targeted because I was so pissed off! Oh well already filing a formal  complaint to FTC and authorities.
