This number calls me from time to time. I have dealt with them in a couple of ways: (1) I have put them on hold for 15 minutes while I cook, then come back to them and put them on hold again, and keep doing it until they hang up, (2) I have told them I got the Sheriff's number on speed dial (which is true) and I would report them if it's a scam, (3) I have "accepted" their free gift card, but gave them all wrong information (but they wouldn't tell it's false because they don't have apparently my information on their file - only my phone number). One time I told the lady on the phone my sad life-stories and made her my best friend, until she hung up. Anyway, in between these calls they wait two or three months and call again.
Did not answer a call from this number, knew it was a scam. Be sure to report these numbers to the FCC. There are several sites posing to be the FCC Complaint Center - beware - they are not, they are collecting your info. Be sure to go directly to the FCC Complaint Center.
If you don't see a clear HTTPS in the URL without a line running through it, the site is fake.
Funny ! :) Hope you did that from a landline, I'm a little concerned that they could somehow mess with our cell phones since they have the capacity to know which sites we visit and sometimes will call right away.
