Dagnabbit..... I answered 'cuz I have family and friends in Tucson. Got a recorded message; as soon as I heard "back brace", I ended the call. Number is now blocked.
The caller ID was the same as the phone number, only with a + sign in front of it. Recorded message began even before my message started. "This is the call back you requested" . At that point my message kicked in and the call disconnected. Selling something or scamming for sure.
