pure scum. They called me on my cell phone from CT yesterday. same guy, same name. They got me for $900 last year, but my credit card co. supposedly went after them.
Just got a call. Did not answer. Just mentioned to my husband the other day that it seemed like the scam calls were slowing down, should not have said that as it looks like they are picking up again.
Offered me a free back or neck brace from "The Pain Center," which operates out of a slum hovel in Pakistan. Op said he was from South Carolina (real imaginative), but had a heavy Pakistan or Indian accent. CID was deliberately disguised, showing only the fake phone number with digits run together, as "5204680228". They can't even get that right. Here's a recording of our must recent conversation:
