Just got a call from the crooks. For all we know, these people are foreign actors trying to scam American workers out of their hard earned dollars. Don't answer but if you do, HANG UP! Don't say "yes" to any questions, hang up in their face. NEVER give out personal information over the phone. The number of "SCAM" artist have increased in the last 2 years because they have had so much success. Stop the madness. Ignore them. I just saved the number in my phone as "Telemarketing SCAM".
Caller ID displayed as "Out of Area" following by an unrecognizable number. I let it go to my answering machine to screen the call. The line rang twice and disconnected before my answering machine had a chance to take over. I dialed back the number and encountered an automated message that said "The subscriber you have dialed is not in service. If you feel you received this message in error, please hang up and try your call again later."
