I completely agree with the other posts. This firm is extremely unprofessional and does not comply with any regulations or laws. I have received two calls and the caller has refused to identify himself by name. When the first man called he started yelling at me because the person he wanted to speak with was not available. He threatened to file a lawsuit without even stating what the call was about. I had to google the firm name to find out who they were. Both callers implied that they were attorneys though I seriously doubt it.
