I received three attempted calls from this number.  I know 628 is the number for the pima county appellate court but am sure they would leave a message.  There is no message left. So. . . .  I called it back using my anonymous listing and a man answered after it rang for six rings.  He only said "hello" and I said nothing, he hung up.  He had a foreign accent;  his voice and accent sounded like someone from Africia that did a few calls on me before from another number.
